The machines of the GSC and GSE compact granulator series have been improved and updated. The compact machines are available with or without soundproofing and are ideally suited for crates, (PET) bottles, or other hollow thin walled plastic parts, as a central granulator for medium to large injection molded parts and sprues. The compact granulators are available with 300, 500, and 700 mm diameter rotors, rotor widths ranging from 300 to 1000 mm and drive power from 7.5 thru 90 kW.
The machines come standard with these features:
Bolted wear plates in the upper and lower cutting chamber walls.
Swiveling screen cradle, and removable suction trough.
Diagonally split cutting chamber.
Different rotors, featuring V-cut.
Knife adjustment outside of the machine.
While redesigning the series much effort went into allowing for quick and easy cleaning and maintaining of the granulators. The cutting chamber is split diagonally across the middle of the cutting chamber providing easier access to the inside of the cutting chamber, the swiveling screen cradle simplifies access to the screen and lower cutting chamber.
